What materials do you use?
Our pieces are laser-cut from birch plywood, acrylic, or a mix of both, depending on the design. Wood pieces highlight natural grain; acrylic pieces offer a clean, modern finish.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Most pieces are cut, finished, and shipped within 5–7 business days. Larger statement pieces and custom commissions may take a little longer — we'll always let you know at checkout.
Can I personalize a piece?
Many of our designs can be personalized with names, dates, or custom text. Look for the personalization field on the product page, and double-check your spelling — we cut exactly what you send us.
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep wood pieces out of direct sunlight and away from excess moisture to preserve the finish over time.
What's your return policy?
Because most pieces are made to order, we accept returns on unpersonalized items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized and custom pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
